Can I pre-order sold out products?

Sure! We can add you to our VIP waiting list which gives you exclusive access to the products once they are ready to order. This gets you first in line to purchase before they are released to the rest of the public. No payment is required, just your email address. Submit a form from the “support” page or email info@diggerlid.com

 

How do I know what will fit my machine?

We have a new sizing guide available on in our website menu. This chart will lead you to the right cover for your machine.

 

Your pricing seems too reasonable, are they still good quality?

We know who uses our products and how they get used. We would only ever bring out high quality products for earthmovers. Our material is a heavy grade and is sure to stand the test of time and our fixtures (Zippers, straps and buckles) are all heavy and thick to ensure a durable product that will improve your creature comfort for many years.

 

Do you make custom covers?

Our rapidly growing range now fits over 50 machines, so chances are we have a cover for you. We do not actually tailor make covers to order, but we still encourage you to get in touch with us with your machine details. You show us the interest and we will provide the solution.

 

Do you make covers for other machines?

Your best bet to see what’s available is to check our website and social media pages. If nothing you desire is there, the best thing to do is ASK. We save every enquiry and with more interest comes a bigger range. A solution for you may just be on the horizon!

 

Can I tow with a DiggerLid on my machine?

According to our liability the short answer is no. We classify this “extreme use” and any faults that occur from this won’t be covered under warranty. This does not mean we don’t trust our own product as it simply down to user discretion (driving around the corner to the site @ 60km/h might be okay but Driving an hour on the freeway @100km/h certainly is not).

 

Can I see your covers in person before I buy?

Potentially! We have an expanding dealer network in Australia. Shoot us an email and we can try get you in touch with a local supplier.

 

How can I trust your online store?

Read our reviews and get in touch with one of our customers! We have sold over 1000 Products Australia wide, supply to many trusted companies (Kennards Hire, Supergroups, Clark equipment etc.) and plan on growing these avenues much more. There is just no way we can achieve this with dodgy, low-grade products and shitty customer service. We are an authentic small Australian business working hard to help the earthmoving trade! Why is there no phone number?

We are just a small team (2 people) working out of a home. With our large social footprint and growing online traffic. We cannot afford to be on the phone all day. We respond to emails within the hour during business hours. If you want to talk to someone send us an email and we will give you a call!

 

How long will delivery take?

All orders are fulfilled and shipped at 2pm daily (excluding weekends).
All online orders are shipped via Australia Post.
Delivery is 2-6 business days but is currently affected by Covid-19. These delays are out of our hands, but Tracking is provided with every order so that you can check delivery status.
Australia post express is next business day however their guarantee is currently suspended due to Covid-19.

 

I live outside of Australia, how do I order

We can manifest international orders. While this is not set up through our online store, we can create a safe and secure private sale for you. Once accepted and paid we ship Via Australia Post express.
